Welcome!
Thank you for expressing an interest in becoming a member of the Wilmot Mountain Patrol program. The Wilmot Mountain Ski Patrol is a proud member of the National Ski Patrol organization and past recipient of the National Ski Patrol’s Outstanding Alpine Patrol award. Our Wilmot Mountain patrol is made up of close to 200 volunteer members.
Few things are as rewarding as putting in a hard day’s work and having a good time doing it. When you hear the words “ski patroller,” you may think of someone providing mountain-side rescue to an injured skier or snowboarder or the person who helped you retrieve your gear after a bad fall. The truth is, it takes a different breed to become a member of our team.
Wilmot Mountain Ski Patrollers share a passion for helping others by learning, using and maintaining their on-hill skiing and snowboarding proficiency and emergency care skills. We share a love for the outdoors and a strong desire to make skiing and snowboarding safer and more fun for all.
We educate. We communicate. We Care. We participate!
